Acceptable use policy
18+ only. This site and the API are for adults. They describe and produce sexually explicit material. If you are under 18, or adult content is illegal where you are, leave now.
This policy applies to every request made with a Not Safu API key, by you or by anyone using your product. Breaking it can lead to immediate suspension of your key, without notice, and to reports to law enforcement where the law requires it.
Who may use the API
- You must be at least 18 years old and of legal age to view adult content where you live.
- If your product lets other people generate content, you must make sure they are adults too (age verification appropriate to your markets) and you must apply this policy to them.
What you may generate
Adult content involving fictional adults, or real adults who have given documented consent, where making and sharing it is legal.
What is never allowed
- Minors. No sexual or sexualized content involving anyone who is, or appears to be, under 18. This covers real minors and realistic-looking minors, and also drawn, animated, "aged-up", fictional or AI-generated characters presented as or resembling minors. No childlike bodies, school-age framing or age-play in sexual content.
- Real people without consent. No sexual, intimate or nude imagery of a real, identifiable person (celebrity or private individual) without that person's documented consent. No deepfakes or "nudify" use on photos of real people.
- Non-consent. No content that depicts or promotes sexual violence or non-consensual acts involving real people, and no intimate imagery shared without consent.
- Illegal content. Nothing that is illegal to create, possess or distribute where you or your users are, including bestiality and incest content where prohibited.
- Harassment and fraud. No content made to harass, extort, impersonate or deceive a real person.
Enforcement
- Requests may be checked automatically and refused.
- Child sexual abuse material is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and the relevant authorities.
- We may suspend or revoke a key that breaks this policy, or that we reasonably believe is being misused.

Not Safu API is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OpenAI.
